/ PRIVACY NOTICE
Your data.

Information about PGMCC project enquiries and the operation of this website.
Review version · Updated 29 September 2026. This notice requires legal review, including confirmation of the applicable legal bases, service providers and any international transfers.
Controller and contact
Int-Energia Kft. handles personal data received in connection with PGMCC enquiries. Registered office and postal address: 1135 Budapest, Hun utca 13, Hungary.
For data-protection questions or requests, contact sales@int-energia.com. PGMCC project enquiries are addressed to info@int-energia.com.
Data and purpose
The enquiry form uses your name, company, email address, project location, area of interest, feedstock, available quantity and message. Int-Energia uses information you send to assess and respond to your project enquiry and discuss the requested engineering or business relationship.
You may contact us directly by email instead of using the form. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
How the enquiry reaches us
Submitting the form sends your enquiry securely to Int-Energia through this website. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the submission. An operational copy is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database restricted to the European Union for up to 30 days, supporting delivery and retries.
We use Brevo to manage enquiries in our CRM and send an internal email notification to info@int-energia.com. Your name, email, company and project details are included in the enquiry record. Your email is used as the reply-to address so our team can respond. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
The form asks for your consent to process the enquiry. You can withdraw that consent by contacting sales@int-energia.com. Cookie choices are separate and do not prevent submission of an enquiry. Brevo and Cloudflare process data as service providers under their applicable data-processing arrangements. International transfers, where applicable, are subject to the providers’ contractual safeguards. Details are available in Brevo’s privacy policy and Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We record a submission identifier, submission time, source page, processing consent and delivery status. We do not add browsing history or advertising identifiers to your enquiry. Your IP address is used for request security and rate limiting; it is not included in the CRM enquiry payload.
Retention
For enquiries that do not result in a contract, Int-Energia’s stated retention period is 5 months after the last contact, followed by deletion. Data connected with a concluded contract is subject to separate retention periods based on contractual and applicable legal obligations.
Operational website copies are automatically deleted after 30 days. CRM and company-email records are managed under the enquiry retention period stated above. This website does not set the retention periods for hosting access logs or third-party service records; those details remain to be confirmed.
Your data-protection rights
You may contact Int-Energia to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and to exercise other applicable rights, including restriction, objection and portability where the conditions for those rights are met. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
You may lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. In Hungary, this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
Cookies, fonts and website delivery
Essential services support delivery and security of the website. Your cookie preference is saved in the first-party pgmcc_consent_v2 cookie for 180 days. It records the notice version, your optional-analytics choice and the time of your choice. This cookie is limited to this website’s host and is not shared with CarboLoop or the corporate website.
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you allow optional analytics. Google receives page visits, approximate device and location information and campaign tags to measure website use. No enquiry form contents are sent to Analytics. Host-only pgmcc_ga cookies last up to 180 days. Google may process data outside the EEA. Reject optional keeps Analytics off; withdraw consent in Cookie settings to stop collection and delete these cookies. See policies.google.com/privacy for Google’s privacy information.
Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your optional consent at any time. Closing the settings without saving does not change your choice. Cookie consent is separate from project enquiries, marketing emails and CRM processing. Hosting or access-control services may use their own essential session information.
Fonts and images are served with the site, without requests to Google Fonts or an embedded Higgsfield widget. The website does not store enquiry data in browser local storage. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
